At Manae Atelier/Essentials, every piece is custom-made with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing

 

• All items are made to order. Production time typically takes 10–14 business days (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship both domestically (within the U.S.) and internationally.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Please allow extra time during holidays or unforeseen delays.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
• Manae Essentials is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

 

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will, however, do our best to assist you.
