At Manae Essentials,  every piece is thoughtfully designed and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Order Cancellations

 

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Exchanges

 

• We do not offer exchanges, as each garment is custom-made to your specifications.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at snhyira22@gmail.com.
• We will review your case and work with you to provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
